For years, I built other people's businesses from the inside — hitting their targets, saving their launches, doing the invisible work that made everything look effortless from the outside. Then I found out exactly what that work was worth: the company I worked for was billing my time and expertise for nearly five times what I was actually paid to deliver it.

That number changed everything. Not because it made me angry — because it made me realize I already had what I needed to build this for myself. So I started building AJC on nights and weekends, figuring out what it actually takes to run something of your own while still showing up for someone else's company every day. When I was eventually laid off, the 'someday' plan became the plan.

I built AJC because I wanted to do the work I was already great at — without asking permission for who I helped, when I worked, or what my time was worth. If you've ever felt like your work is worth more than the room you're in gives you credit for, you already understand why I do this. My job now is to make sure your business never has to wonder that either — I bring the structure, ownership, and follow-through that lets your work finally show its full value.
